Our 4 Days Flying to Bwindi Gorilla Tour takes you to Bwindi Impossible National Park to experience primates. They are characterized by their friendliness and social behavior. Uganda is home to half of the mammal population, over the years they have faced a number of threats, especially human pressure on protected areas for agriculture, Colonization, game meat, poaching are among the main causes of the decline of the gorillas, but thanks to the Uganda Wildlife Authority team, there is growing evidence of an increasing population of the gorillas.

Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a World Africa Journeys tour guide who will transfer you to accommodation that has been booked for you. Have the rest of the evening at leisure while you wait for the following day’s activities. Have dinner and stay overnight at

Day 2: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Early morning breakfast, then our guide will take you to the airport for a flight to Kisoro. It takes about 2 hours flight to reach your destination. Check-in into the lodge and walk in the jungle to explore the Batwa community. It is magical when you meet the last group of short structured people in the country. They will show you their way of life, how they live in the forest and show you how to make a fire with a modern match or lighter. Dinner and staying overnight at

Day 3:  Gorilla Trekking Experience

You will have an early morning breakfast after which you will be transferred to the park headquarters for a briefing about the dos and don’ts while tracking the gorillas. You will then head into the forest to start the gorilla tracking exercise. Tracking is done in groups of 8 per gorilla family, led through by a Uganda Wildlife Authority ranger. On a lucky day you may be chanced to see forest elephants, black and white colobus monkeys and l’hoest monkeys. Hiking may be very challenging but always rewarding. Day 4: Departure

After breakfast at the lodge in Bwindi, you will be transferred to Kisoro Airstrip for your return flight back to Entebbe and connecting to your international flight back home.
