Detailed Itinerary.

Day 1: Arrival – Transfer to Bwindi

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a World Africa Journeys tour guide who will transfer you to western Uganda, passing through the beautiful rolling hills, the tea plantations and bananas are magical, you will have a stopover at the Equator for a picture moment and then proceed arriving for check in at the lodge in time for dinner and staying overnight.

Accommodation: Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge, Lake Mulehe Gorilla Lodge, Rushaga Gorilla Camp.

Meals: (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner).

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Experience

You will wake up to an early morning breakfast, after which you assemble at the park headquarters for briefing, done by the Uganda Wildlife Authority team on the does and don’ts while with the gorillas. In groups of eight, gorilla trekking will commence and takes 2 or more hours depending on how far the families have moved. Return for a dinner and staying overnight.

Day 3: Departure

Following a morning breakfast, checkout of the lodge and then transfer Entebbe Airport for your return flight back home.
